Upward Bound 5th Street Express is open to persons 18 years of age and older without regard to race, color, creed, sex, religious, political or other affiliation.
All members must be in agreement with the aims and purposes of Upward Bound, and agree to abide by the rules and expectations.
Upward Bound
5th Street Express especially strives to meet the needs of individuals with mental illness living in
Faribault and
Martin
Counties.
Individuals with other disabilities, family members and friends are also welcome to apply for membership.
Only members with a diagnosis of Serious and Persistent Mental Illness are eligible to attend 10 County activities.

Benefits |
Upward Bound is a safe, comfortable place to hang out, meet new people, work on crafts, watch TV, participate in Wii bowling and generally relax and have fun. Internet access is available to members.
